Musician's House by HG (Hayashi-Grossschmidt) Arhitektuur is a residential renovation and extension project of 2010 in Estonia, Tallinn. While use before did serve as a small 1950s lemonade factory and later stood vacant, the transformation of 2010 provided a modernized residence featuring a seamless extension and strategic window placement, increasing the usable surface area from the footprint of the original factory to a total area of 180 m².

This project contributes to the social-ecological transformation by demonstrating how small-scale industrial ruins within heritage zones can be revitalized into high-quality housing without disrupting the historical urban fabric. By opting for a uniform aesthetic that blends old and new volumes, it reduces visual clutter in the dense wooden neighborhood while maximizing interior volume through efficient spatial planning and the integration of roof windows for natural illumination.
